Location, Location, Location, Beautiful Seasonal Views!!! In nearby Bushkill, Pennsylvania, our “Top of the World” Pocono vacation home has the best of all worlds! This house is not only beautiful, it is also located only 4 houses away from the best amenities that Saw Creek has to offer, the Top of the World Activity center! The deer will be envious of you while you and your guest are relaxing in the Outdoor Hot Tub perched the rear deck! There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a loft and a fully finished basement game room which offers ample room for family and friends. The downstairs master bedroom is furnished with a new queen size bed, large dresser, end table, closet, AC, ceiling fan, cable TV and sliders to the front deck. Upstairs in the second bedroom you will find another new queen size bed, ceiling fan and closet. The third bedroom, which is also upstairs, has a twin bed and a new full size bed, ceiling fan, dresser and closet. To provide additional bedding there is a queen size sofa couch in the loft. Here there is also cable TV, VCR, movies suitable for kids and adults and a large air conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the commodities of home. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher. The closets and drawers are stocked with all necessary plates, cups, utensils, and cooking tools. There is even a gas grill out on the deck! The large dining room table is great for enjoying meals with family and friends with seating for up to ten! The living room, dining roomand master bedroom all have new hardwood floors and there are Anderson Windows throughout the house. Internet access is also provided for your personal laptop. In the living room, which adjoins the dining room, there is a fireplace, two couches and 32" cable TV with VCR/DVD. Sliding doors from the dining room will take you to the wraparound deck which has great seasonal views. Another set of sliding doors from the dining room will take you to the screened porch, which is great for relaxing and nature viewing. The basement has a large couch, 32" Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, 8' Slate Pool Table, Ping Pong Table and Dart Board!!! The Top of the World home includes, Outdoor Hot Tub, Internet Access, Air Conditioning, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Dart Board, fireplace, 4 cable TV's, 3 VCR's, 2 DVD's, movies for all ages, plenty of board games, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, bed linens, pillows and blankets, 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 full bed, queen sofa couch, washer, dryer, CD/Tape/AM/FM radio, 2 phones, Gas Grill and wrap-around deck with screened in porch.
