Description
3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, comfortably sleeps 7 guests; located in a 24-hr prewar, doorman building.  Uninterrupted views north and south on Third Avenue.

All floors are hardwood.  There are three bedrooms and 2 full baths: master bedroom has a king size bed; two double beds in the 2nd bedroom; a double bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Rollaway beds can be provided upon request at no extra charge.

Linens and towels are in abundance; plentiful closet space; a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, coffee pot, teapot, pot and pans dishes, silverware, toaster oven, and cooking utensils are provided. There is a window in the kitchen facing North.

The apartment has Wif and each of the bedrooms and the living room have flat panel tvs with cable.  There is a CD stereo, plus VCR and DVD players. 

Daily maid service can be provided at an additional fee.
