This property comes with access to the lake and shared use of the covered pavilion on the lakefront.  Spacious shoreline lined with lounge chairs.  Beautiful swimming area with water trampoline. Just a short walk down, about 500 feet from the house to the water. At the water you have a dock and fishing boat for your use. Motor can be added to the fishing boat. Clean shallow swimming off the end of the dock. And just steps out to your SHARED WATER TRAMPOLINE, which is complimentary. Valued at $250 a day. Pontoon boat rental and Jet ski and Ski boat rental is also available at unbeatable prices. Boat up to Leland and the town of Lake Leelanau for dinner and shopping. Day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinaw Island are popular. Many wineries in the area along with fantastic restaurants. Leelanau Sands Casino is just 15 miles north. Leelanau Club golf and within 5 minutes and Kings Challenge is 15 minutes.
