It's hard to believe this lovely and quiet cabin in the middle of the woods is just a few minutes from the village, the lake and the famous local ski resorts. This lovely Big Bear Cabin is warm and inviting, the perfect place to shed your cares, get alone with that important someone or to relax after a day of skiing, boating, fishing, or just strolling through the Village window shopping.If you have a large party, Klamath Cabin can easily manage that for you as well. With two king sized beds plus a single size bunk bed and a double size bunk bed, the cabin easily provides plenty space for a private staff planning session, getting together with some old school friends, or for a small church retreat.And, there's plenty to do without leaving the cabin. There's the cozy living room with a huge leather sectional and recliner surrounding the classic stone fireplace and big screen TV. There's the fully appointed kitchen with all you'll need to prepare a cup of coffee or a full family dinner. The deck out back faces the canyon where you can enjoy some hot chocolate on a brisk morning or spend some time in the six-seater spa on a warm summer evening. There's the player piano for evening enjoyment and the large breakfast nook for cards and board games. There's even a classic style pinball machine.The cabin itself is fully appointed in a traditional rustic motif beginning with shingled siding, a roomy wooden front porch and a large rear deck. Inside, the walls are knotty pine, and there are hardwood floors in the kitchen, breakfast nook, and laundry room. The living room and bedrooms all have carpeted floors to keep your feet warm and cozy at night.Klamath Cabin in Big Bear is only one among so few cabins which provide comfort, seclusion, quiet, and convenience. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Other Policies

A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee. Hot Tub Rules: Hot tub rules should be posted in clear sight of the hot tub. Here are sample hot tub rules: Children and pregnant women should not use hot tub. Nevada law does not allow anyone under the age of 15 in hot tubs. Cover hot tub after use. Absolutely No Smoking! Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Rates are subject to change without notice.
