The lower floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a shower over the tub. This bathroom also has a granite counter. The charming living room/dining room combo has a dining nook that will accommodate 4 to 6 people. There is a propane "wood" stove in the living room. There is a 32" flat screen TV equipped with built-in DVD player and is hooked up to satellite. The kitchen has granite countertops, oak cabinets and top of the line stainless steel appliances.Parking is all on paved, concrete driveway and will accommodate 5 vehicles. There is easy access to both levels of the home. For your safety, there are motion sensor lights and low voltage lights outdoors. Snow removal is provided. Please note that Little Bear's Den cannot be rented alone. Little Bear's Den can only be rented if the upper unit is rented to another group from September through May.For our summer season and over holidays, Bears Den & Little Bear are always rented together. There is an additional charge of $100.00 to open Little Bears Den, but that entitles you to have up to 12 guests. The upper unit, Bears Den sleeps 8 and the lower unit, Little Bear's Den, sleeps 4 comfortably.
