The unit easily sleeps 9 in the four bedrooms or 11 including the futon in the family room.  The home is very nicely decorated.
The Room Configuration:
Master Bedroom #1 has a queen bed.     
Master Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. 
Master Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. 
Bedroom #4  has a three twin beds....one standard twin plus a set of bunks.
The Living Room  boasts a gas stove/fireplace, cable television, VCR and comfortable seating.
The Dining Room is a large and will seat 8 to 12 persons.  
Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and a full array of other appliances.  There is also a breakfast counter.
The Family Room  has a futon sleeper, cable television, VCR and other comfortable seating.  There is also a Foosball table in this very large room. 
The Vestibule / Mud Room  is spacious area and is a great place to store your gear.
The Laundry Room with full sized washer and dryer.
Two Full Bathrooms.

A one-time linen fee and a one-time exit cleaning fee apply. Prior to your arrival, the linen service will make up all of the beds. They will set our towels in all of the bathrooms and also for each bed. After your departure, the service will remove and launder the bed linens and the towels. The cleaning fee includes the thorough cleaning of the home so that you do not need to do anything more than tidy up and load your vehicles.
