All of the bedroom and living room have new Flat screen TV's. The bonus room can also be set up with air mattresses to sleep all the kids.  We are on Lake Powell which is a salt water lake great for fishing, Jet Ski, power boating or by canoe you will have your own pier to dock your personal water craft or boat ramp less than a mile away to trailer back to the house after each day.  Large rocking chair porch faces west to north west with great sunsets. We also have access to the world famous Panama City Beaches with in a 5 min drive from the house. We are less than 10 min. to Pier Park or Frank Brown Park to the East and just minutes to HWY 30A or shopping in Sandestin with the outlet mall and all the upscale shopping the Destin area is known for and all less than 1/2 hour away.
