Built a few short years ago, this home is one block from the beach so is the most affordable of the collection. Also a 3 bedroom, this home has a gorgeous kitchen where families can gather, have the fireplace on, watch the kids watching movies and enjoy the values of a family vacation.

This home has Air Hockey and bikes and the short walk to the beach, The Lewis and Clark Salt Cairn and to downtown. Equipped with the nicest appliances and a gas grill, you can make the gourmet meals you do at home and not have to go out to dinner every night while on vacation.

We love the beach and we love living here. Our homes are built and maintained with the simple thought in mind of making your vacation perfect.

If you are coming for PBL Basketball Tournaments this winter this house is a favorite amoung teams in the past. Book soon though as it generally gets booked for PBL weekends!!!

While none of our homes are currently on the market, any of these homes could be purchased. We could also help you find a piece of land and manage your building process for you. We are a licensed general contractor both residential and commercial.

The owners of this property fell in love with the Oregon Coast. From careers in high tech, they decided that Seaside Oregon was the best place to have a second home. Not long after that...they decided to move here full time. They enjoyed the vacation rental house business so much that they built this vacation rental in 2007 just around the corner from their original house on the Prom. Many larger groups (family reunions, sporting teams, church groups, ASB conferences,) rent this home and the house on the Prom as they are walking distance from each other.

As a kid I dreamed of retiring on the Oregon Coast and Seaside was one of my favorite destinations. The long beach, the Prom to bike, skate or jog on, Tillamook head and Tillamook Lighthouse in the distance and walking distance to downtown via the scenic Prom made this home perfect.

The Unique Benefits at this House

The beach with the waves and the sand is literally feet away. Surfing, skim boarding, building sandcastles with your kids, a great game of bocce ball or just strolling down the prom make every day special. Because this house is not directly on the water....yet just a short walk away...it is super affordable yet convenient. A family of 4 could not stay in a hotel room for as inexpensively as they can stay here. Granite chef's kitchen, jetted tub in the master.... Romantic, fun, family...to name a few!
