You can spend quality family time enjoying a fantastic vacation in our lovely home, Arkvilla is the perfect choice. A warm, welcoming home for guests who value quality. Arkvilla has everything you need for the perfect vacation, there is a wonderful 'feel' as soon as you enter. The beautiful Lounge is elegantly furnished in gold & cream, a relaxing room with a bright, airy feel which uplifts your spirit. The large open plan Family Room is also furnished for comfort and relaxation. A 50' flat screen TV is the central focus, the family room looks out on to the private pool area. A room where you can relax after busy days at the theme parks. The Kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size oven and hob, refrigerator/freezer with ice- maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal and telephone, everything you need for cooking a meal or enjoying a take away. Wifi and IPod dock are provided for your added convenience. Adjoining the kitchen is a separate Utility Room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The spacious Master Bedroom, with En-suite, is beautifully decorated. It has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, 32' cable TV, safe, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The fabulous en-suite bathroom has his and hers inset hand basins, large walk in shower, corner bath and separate toilet. The second Master Bedroom also has en suite facilities with queen size bed , cable TV and large closet with plenty of hanging space. There are 2 further Twin Bedrooms with large closets which share the Family Bathroom. Patio doors lead out from the Family Room and Master Bedroom to the fully screened, extended deck area with private pool. The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly, and arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months. 4 long sun loungers, 8 patio chairs, footstool and table are provided for al fresco dining. Our fantastic Game Room has 8 foot Pool Table, 7 foot Air Hockey table, Darts Board, Tennis and Badminton rackets for use on the onsite Tennis court. For a fantastic family vacation all of the major attractions including Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet 'n 'Wild and Legoland are within a easy drive. We are Sandra & Jai Mandalia and we live in Romford, Essex. We have 3 children Arun who is 20, Ryan who is 18 and Kyle who is 13, hence the name Arkvilla
Jai works for BT in Human Resources and I work as a Vicar’s Assistant in a local Church
