With a stunning backdrop of turquoise blue ocean and sky, La Perla Sky is a beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse condo located on the 10th floor of the beautiful, and very popular Mediterranean style Porto Cupecoy Village and Marina located directed on picturesque Simpson Bay Lagoon in the Dutch lowlands.

Enjoying an almost unobstructed view of the island and coastline, the condo has a very spacious private rooftop terrace with a very comfortable seating area, a gazebo with alfresco dining area for 6, chaise lounge chairs for sun bathing, and a plunge pool for cooling off.

 

The luxurious, fully air-conditioned interior spaces include a generous living and dining area and a superb open-plan gourmet kitchen with a TV and top-of-the-line appliances. The home is full of top of the line furnishings and décor throughout. Along the living and dining area is an expansive balcony offering seating to enjoy the views.

For entertainment, the condo is equipped with a sound system, WiFi, cable TV in all of the rooms, DVD and CD players, and an iPod dock.

 

Two equal master bedrooms feature open bathrooms with free standing tubs, walk-in showers, and 2 sinks. The 3rd room is a TV room with a futon style sofa bed and has its own separate bathroom.
