This brand new home is under construction to be complete March 2015! We are currently taking reservations!! 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath home..total 3312 sq ft, with 13 x 28 private salt pool (can be heated in colder months). Kitchen is fully equipped with all major/minor appliances including washer & dryer. We have flatscreen TV's with Dvd players located in each room..55 inch in living area with a BlueRay. The home offers an oversized wrap around porch which overlooks a private pool (13 x 28). We have a large gas grill and plenty of seating!!

There are several key features that this home has to offer such as a gated community, club house, community pool, hot tub, basketball/tennis courts, and a workout facility..all within a short walk. There are more ways than one to travel back and forth to the beach. You may take a short 6 minute walk or take a 2 minute golf cart ride. You may also drive to the beach access just outside of the front gate which offers the use of bathrooms, showers, food/drinks, and plenty of parking.
