Great Experience!

I rented the green house for a few days in May with some friends and had a great experience. The house was clean and spacious even with 9 people and 2 dogs and a cat. It was also well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. The beach was only a few minutes walk away. CVS is also a short drive away for those last minute items. Margaret is so sweet! She made sure we had everything we needed. We forgot our dog's leash and Margaret promptly had it mailed to us. We had a great stay in Port Aransas! Will stay here again!

Perfect for Our Family

Our host welcomed us when we arrived. The photos of the house were accurate and the accommodations were perfect for our family! The beach is within a short walking distance. We felt right at home. Margaret even checked on us now and then to see if we needed anything and asked if we were enjoying our stay. Her hospitality was wonderful! It was a short trip and we didn't want to leave. Everything was conveniently located. I would stay here again and definitely recommend to my friends and family! Thank you Margaret! :)

Graduation Celebration

I reserved one of the "Green" units for my graduation weekend. I was expecting family and also knew I had pups traveling with me so this was the perfect option for my situation. It is located around the corner from a street that takes you directly to the beach which was super convenient. Margaret was wonderful!! She lives onsite and was available for any questions we may have had, and was the best hostess I could have possibly asked for. We had 6 people and a "fluffy wolf pack" and there was plenty of room for all of us! The house was fully furnished and had plenty of towels, kitchen needs, and general seating for a large party. Even after we packed up and moved out, one of my party members accidentally packed away a few of her items, and we left a pair of shoes. I actually live down the highway from her and we got in contact and exchanged the items again afterwards. Margaret was accommodating, patient, kind, helpful, and absolutely wonderful in being a hostess and an all around help whenever needed. I would absolutely book with her again!

The House is Great

Staying at this house made our trip 100x better! Not only are Margaret and her husband easily the nicest people in Port A, but they went above and beyond to make sure that we had more than everything we needed. The house is great and fit all 10 of us and 1 puppy very comfortably! We will defiantly be staying here again when we go back to Port A!

Loved the Green House

My Family and our Golden Retriever stayed in the Green House. Lots of space in the great room. Lots of comfortable beds. Nice fluffy towels. Really comfortable and private. The house is close to the beach and everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great accomodations

Green house had everything needed for a wonderful family vacation. The beds were comfortable, linens were clean and nice, the kitchen was completely supplied with all utensils, pots and pans, plenty of seating for everyone to sit at one table for dining, and the biggest benefit was having the washer and dryer.
We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Charming and Inviting

The Green House 2 is completely charming. This home had so many soft beds which makes it perfect for groups and families. The wrap around gated deck was a favorite for our dogs and friends. The master bedroom was fit for a queen, and I (we) loved the whole house!
We rented all 3 of the O’Neill homes during our extended weekend stay for our beach wedding. All very clean, comfortable and beautiful. It truly felt like a home more than a rental. The outdoor space is just as great! The O'Neill homes and family are wonderful!

Enjoyed the Green House

Margret, I just wanted to tell you that we had a great time staying at your house last week in Port Aransas. The house was great and it had everything we needed. We saw Billy several times and he always made sure to ask if we needed any thing. 5 of us went out fishing one day and caught 10 red snapper. I guess I didnt know how good they are to eat, but they are great eating. 4 of the guys got in a round of golf on that course just down the road. It is a very nice course, I just wish it was not so hard. Once again just wanted to say thanks for everything, Randy

Green House

We wanted to let you know that the accomodations were terrific at the Green House. We had a wonderful time and it was so nice to be in a house, rather than at a hotel room. The house was just as pictured in the photos and close to the beach just as described in your ad. Your kitchen was stocked with all of the tools needed to cook for our family, the beds were beyond comfortable and clean. The water was hot every time we showered and there was alot of much needed storage for our clothing and bags. We felt right at home and were sad when it was time to leave. AWESOME! I have had the privilege of staying at 2 of Margaret and Ted's 3 houses. Margaret's taste, style and hospitality are not to be compared. Anytime her properties are available, we choose to stay with them. The location of the "blue" and "green" house is optimal for families or friends alike. Right on 11th street (where all the cool kids hang out) and about a block walk to the beach. We always drive so it's never an issue anyway. The rooms are spacious, well set up (trust me when I say it's not this great everywhere in Port A) and anything you need is taken care of. I've actually been required to bring my own TOILET PAPER at other places. Trust me when I say you will come back again and again to these - they feel like home to us and Margaret and Ted, like family!
