We already love the house and Terry, even though we haven't been there yet.
We booked the holiday home with Terry before the "Covid-19" situation. Every contact with him (despite any language barriers on my part) was always friendly.
Terry always answered quickly.
Unfortunately, due to the travel ban, we were unable to start our planned trip for December 2020.
Terry was available to us the whole time and had an answer to all our questions. Finally, he was able to find a family who can now live in the house during our actual vacation time.
In this difficult time for everyone, we got our deposit back in full. Terry, we thank you and hope that we will have the chance to spend our vacation with you very soon.

Beautiful Villa In Beautiful Naples

This was the first time we have stayed not only in Naples but this particular villa and we weren't disappointed. The first thing we noticed was the beautiful and secure location within Briarwood in which this property was set. The community was absolutely stunning and everyone was very friendly. The villa is absolutely stunning, with everything you could ever want provided for to ensure your stay was as homely as possible. Lots of space, very clean and tidy but the highlight was the pool area. Just WOW! Absolutely beautiful and with it being west facing there were some great sunsets. Naples was a 10 minute drive away with gorgeous beaches and dolphins milling around at the end of the pier. Would highly recommend the hour and a half drive to Captiva which is like being in the Caribbean! Supermarkets and shopping outlets all within easy reach. We can not recommend this place highly enough, the only downside is that we couldn't stay for longer but we will definitely be staying again!!

Picture perfect Villa in beautiful gated community

We arrived in Naples having travelled through a massive thunderstorm. The gatekeeper who greeted us as soon as we drove up to the gatehouse was the first of the many friendly people we came across in this lovely area. The community was impeccable, and when we arrived at the villa we had a lovely surprise. Beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. My favourite part of the villa was the pool and decking area, with a picture postcard view of a gorgeous lake that you never get tired of looking at. We will certainly be back

Amazing Villa!

We stayed as a family of four bet 11th - 23rd June 2017. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything in working order and beautifully furnished. From the first enquiry with Terry to booking completion I found him helpful and informative with no question too silly. This villa was a perfect base for seeing the sights of Naples and beyond. I have stayed in many villas but none match this one for excellence. We will be booking again. Thank you Terry.

The heated, private pool facing the lake and sunset were the highlights of the trip.

The home was comfortable with three separate wings for privacy. We especially enjoyed the sliding doors that opened onto the pool deck. Beautiful and private.

Perfect holiday villa

Sunset villa is perfect for a very special holiday.We have stayed here for the 3rd time and will defiantly return again. Terry the owner is very quick to correct any problems that may happen. We had fab evenings at the lovely pool and lake view.

We have been staying on Briarwood for a number of years and we are so pleased that we have found Terry's lovely home in the sun. We stayed here with another couple in Mid-April and couldn`t find fault with any part of the booking or staying experience. Terry was very efficient from our first enquiry, to sending all the directions, entry codes,contact numbers etc.
With regard to the villa itself, 11/10 !!
Nothing was missing for visitors pleasure, our return to Naples was all we had hoped for.
Lookout for Joe`s Diner on Airport Road for good food and people watching !

Beautiful, spacious villa

We stayed with various family members flitting in and out through May 2015. The villa was exactly as described, well maintained and beautifully furnished. Terry the owner was staying nearby and did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect with a view over the lake toward the sunset in a very well kept community development. The location was exceptionally quiet with no traffic noise, but it was only 10-15 minutes' drive to downtown Naples and the beaches and it was very convenient for all the nearby attractions. We shall definitely stay again stay again.

We have just spent 2 weeks at Sunset Villa, which is a lovely villa, very clean,in a nice looking quiet, gated estate. The villa is situated in a good location for visitng lots of different attractions in Naples and beyond. It has lots of attention to detail, and is not your run of the mill rental, this villa is very well looked after by its owners. We saw otters and turtles in the lake by the house during our stay. Terry was the perfect owner to deal with during the booking process and beyond, and we would recommend this villa to anyone and hope to return.

Identical Twins

In August of 2014 we made a date with Fountain View Villa a twin of Sunset Villa.
In previous years we have rented Fountain View but had left it too late this year
Terry Condon's alternative villa was available for 8 of the 15 nights we wanted, so the date was made.
A good decision as she turned out to be as immaculate and well groomed as Fountain View.
Sunset Villa looks over the same lake, but with a west rather than a southerly pool view.
The quality of the villa and furnishings were wonderful and the comfortable beds and quiet and cool air conditioning made for a easy relax.
The wi-fi worked well, and was fast.
A new white leather settee was so comfortable whilst spending some of the evenings with DVDs in front of the large screen TV
It was eerie being in a villa with the identical floor plans and similar furnishings.
The only real difference between the twins was the view!!!
I now have a superb sunset acrylic print hanging on my wall at home that brings back memories of a wonderful relaxing holiday.
The villa is well named.
And this year we also met the management company, Ted and Angelina Libby, after a little glitch with an air con fuse.
Ted and his wife were very helpful, and clearly Terry Condon is a good hands-on owner, recognised by his management company as someone who puts the time in maintaining and upgrading his properties on his spring visits.
Our remaining nights were spent with a different owner. Good yes, but not the same. I will come back again next year. We have already booked 2015 with Terry

Highly recommended experience!

We always like to think a trouble free holiday is all anyone can ask for but so many people get it wrong! Terry on the other hand, when contacted, sorted one simple problem out efficiently and quickly and therefore we were able to have a nice relaxing break in the villa for two untroubled weeks! The villa itself had a delightful view with an amazing pool and every single thought had been taken to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa felt very secure in a gated community where you receive a barcode on your car for the duration of the stay that allows you entrance and exit with the minimum of inconvenience! The restaurants were varied if you have a family we would suggest the Cheesecake Factory if you require a little more as a couple/family then I would suggest Downtown Naples and a fantastic place called Bistro 821 where the service was great and the food excellent, however do order starters and deserts to share as portions are very large!!! There are numerous activities from the golden beaches, to the Everglades and boat and plane trips. If you require a little retail therapy then the Miromar Outlet will sustain you for many hours! The villa experience was superb and I would be delighted to recommend anybody to stay there for their trip to Naples! Thanks Terry for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa we will treasure the memories!

'Perfect Home'

This villa was fabulous and suited our needs perfectly. We were 2 branches of the same family so the 2 master suites and the 2 other rooms suited our needs perfectly. The photos on the website show exactly what you get, a fabulously maintained and well equipped home. The view over the lake from the 'master' suite shower was a bonus.
The pool area was perfect and the seating was great for spending many relaxing days and evenings.
The home itself is very well equipped and in a lovely safe community. The villa was spotless for our arrival and the management company and Both Publix and Walmart are not too far away and access to the I75 for travel futher afield is easy from here.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and dealing with Terry has been a pleasure from start to finish, always helpful and answered any questions promptly.

We are unfortunately back in the country and of course reality! Just to let you know that we had a great time at your villa. The estate was lovely and the villa, pool etc. was great, Our grand children enjoyed the pool and the eldest (6 years) once introduced to a snorkel and goggles there was no stopping him swimming length after length! I don't think anyone in their right mind would be disappointed with your villa. It was great having the view over the lake and watching the sunset on some of the evenings. We will definitely recommend the villa should anyone ask.

We had such a wonderful week at your villa. Our breathe was taken away the moment we opened the front door. It is gorgeous! We had never rented a home before and were a little nervous, but we could not have been more pleased with your home. For our family, it had just the right amount of bedrooms and living space, and we felt right at home.
This time, with your villa having the pool, we spent most of our time in the pool and soaking up the sun. It was so relaxing and enjoyable!! Probably the most relaxing we've had in a long time.
We hope to be able to rent your villa again, possibly next Spring. We loved it that much!! We had an awful time leaving on Saturday!

"5 Weeks In Paradise"

We have been in many homes in Briarwood and this was the best experience. Terry, the owner, could not be any nicer and more accommdating. When we arrived the house was spotless. We loved watching the sunset each evening. The house is situated so that it is sunny all day. The pool stays warm without having to switch anything on and off. The two master bedrooms are perfect for two couples sharing the house. It is also perfect for families. The house is close to downtown Naples and the highway. It is easy to get anywhere. We would not hesitate recommending this property.

'Better than I imagined it to be!'

Dealing with Terry Condon was easy and a pleasure, he went out of his way to make the rental as stress free as possible. Sunset Villa was a great home with all the amenities required for the 7 people sharing the villa. The location of the villa was further from the beach than we would have liked but the cost for getting nearer the beach would have been too expensive for our party. Briarwood was immaculate and quiet, still a good location. The best of our stay was overlooking the lake drinking cocktails and watching a family of otters cruise the lake.

'Anniversary Choice!'

We were lucky enough to stumble across Terry's villa on the Internet and choose to book it for our tenth wedding anniversary which we were fortunate to be able to share with our friends from Las Vegas & Canada who had attended the wedding in Key West for the week.
Terry happened to be staying at his other property on the estate and was very helpful with information without being intrusive.
The layout of the villa was absolutely ideal allowing the three couples to have their own bedroom / bathroom with ample living room / kitchen and poolside / patio space.
The Briarwood estate is a pleasant estate within easy driving to numerous attractions.

Absolutely Fabulous!

We've just returned from our holiday in Naples and can fully recommend this beautiful villa and Naples as a destination. We were two families with 5 children aged 6 and under. We spent a week in Orlando first (Disney craziness) then came to Naples for a rest! This villa has plenty of space, large bedrooms, fab pool, fully equipped kitchen - all spotless. The villa is about 10 minute easy drive to the beach and the centre of Naples. During our stay we fished off the pier and caught Mackerel and Ladyfish, relaxed on the beach, took a trip on an airboat in the Everglades (awesome!), went shopping at the Designer Outlet, ate amazing seafood in 5th avenue and at Tin City, saw dolphins every day just metres from the beach, saw a shark being caught off the pier...and enjoyed the amazing warm balmy weather. Thank you Terry for your great communication and obvious love of Naples and your villa - we couldn't have asked for a better holiday

Sunset Villa was chosen for the facility of providing 3 couples each with a bedroom/ensuite facility and the proffesional manner our booking was managed by the owners.
Being avid golfers ease of access to courses was paramount the villas location enabled access to l75, and golf course accessed with ease. Beaches for relaxing days where only 15/20 minutes away.
With 13 rounds of golf played in a month the well maintained pool was eagerly awaited for relaxation and 50% of our evenings where B.B.Q meals.
Venetian Village off Gulf Shore Boulevard North, 10 minutes away, was found to be the most pleasent area to dine being better presented then the touristy resturants of 5th ave.
When any villa issue arose i.e. gas for the B.B.Q, failure of a door lock, these issues where dealt with immediatly by the acting agents.
We all agreed this villa was. as descibed within the adverts, well presented, in a great area and will certainly be No 1 consideration if returning to Naples.

This villa is a great base for a holiday in and around Naples. It's well equipped, beautifully presented and with everything you need for a wonderful stay. From our initial enquiries to the end of our holiday, the service we received was faultless and informative, from both the owner and his agent. The villa's location is ideal with easy access to the Us41, the gated community offers peace of mind and the lake views a wonderful outlook, even from the shower! The excellent, comfortable inside of the villa is complimented by a lovely pool which is a special place to watch the sun go down. Naples itself has glorious beaches, great shopping and many places within day trip distance, such as Sanibel, Marco Island and the Everglades. We hope to return to this villa one day and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Quality Villa in a peaceful location but close to Naples centre

The booking and pre-arrangement service was very straightforward with the owner (Terry) being very helpful and providing comprehensive information about how to use the villa, local amenities, directions, recommended sightseeing etc.
On arrival, the villa exceeded expectation being spacious,well equipped with all "mod cons", extremely comfortable and well located only 10 minutes from Naples centre but in a quiet , secure and private neighbourhood.
The pool in particular was excellent and I couldn't keep my kids out of it!A great way to spend a second week after a frenetic first week of Orlando theme parks!

The Sunset Villa is well equipted for the needs of a big Family: Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large dining area and a beautifull pool with a large pool deck. The villa is newly renovated and wonderfully decorated with a TV in each room. Our children enjoyed the free high speed wifi Internet access. The Briarwood Community is well mantained and located within a short range of all major points of interests of Naples, like the beautiful beaches, 5th avenue, Naples Zoo e.g.

I just wanted to thank you and your family for letting us have your home again. We had yet again a FANTASTIC time in Naples and none of us wanted to come home - I was thinking of all different ways to make us stay but unfortunately none of them worked!!!
Your home is lovely and we love the new furniture in the living room it goes so well with the rest of the house and its nice being able to look out over the lake.
Nan and Grandad loved the walk in shower in the second master bedroom - it looks lovely.

A quick note to say thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa over the past fortnight or so. Although back to work today so the holiday is already becoming a distant memory!!!!
We have stayed in 6 different villas in Florida and this one was by far the best in terms of well proportioned and useable space, clean, everything worked, the street was extremely clean and well kept as well as it being a very safe and secure feeling environment. The pool was also fantastic and spacious and given the opportunity I think the kids would have slept in it as well.

The beaches were great for the kids and downtown was beautiful; but, what made it really special for us was staying in your wonderful home. We are now back to reality after our lovely two weeks staying in Sunset Villa.
The villa was lovely and in a very good position for visiting the beaches, shops and Everglades. We enjoyed our days sitting by the pool but it was also lovely to come back to the villa after days out and sit outside and watch the sun set. The website didn’t really do it justice.
Once again, thank you for your help when booking the villa and for the telephone call while we were there – that was a nice touch. We will all recommend the villa to our friends and colleagues as well as hoping to return ourselves next year or the year after.

The beautifully decorated open concept Sunset villa met all of our expectations of privacy and comfort. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms made it possible for our children and grandchildren to come for a visit . The kitchen was well equipt. I brought my laptop and found the internet service was excellent.
The secure community of Briarwood has lovely palm lined streets with gorgeous flowering shrubs along the boulevards. The clean play park was a hit with the grandkids.
All amenities were close by with easy access to Main routes to explore Naples and soutwest Florida. Beaches and shopping are just a short drive away.
Many days were enjoyed relaxing by the large warm pool perfect for all ages as there are alarms on the doors. There are a few public golf courses close by and right handed clubs for use by renters.
I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family, vacation in southwest Florida. All of my communication with the owner was answered promptly. The property management were curteous and answered any concerns.

Our excellent holiday stay

The location was as described. We were 15 minutes from the beach, shopping and anywhere else we wanted to go. It was in immaculate condition and the facilities were everything we needed right down to the electric kettle!
The second day we were there the owner contacted us to see if there was anything we needed. You can't get better than that for customer service.
Those that went on the swamp ride had a great time. The kids got to hold baby alligators, not something you do every day.
The restaurants were very good. We especially liked the one at Tin City which had a singer and guitar player who knew all the songs we requested. And of course Michelbobs for BBQ .
We enjoyed the large lanai and had coffee out there almost every morning while the kids played in the pool.
I would recommend this villa to friends or family.
What is there not to love with watching the sun set at the beach?

Fantastic holiday - wonderful villa

Briarwood is a lovely location from which to explore Naples and all it has to offer.
There were 8 of us (2 families with children) and this villa suited us perfectly in terms of space and layout. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The pool is large and has a lovely view of the sunset. Extra little touches like buckets and spades and beach chairs in the garage were very thoughtful and much appreciated.
From first contact Terry (& Jo) were very helpful both in terms of information about their villa, Naples and other Florida options. A call after we arrived to check everything was OK was also much appreciated.
We would recommend this villa to anyone who wanted to visit Naples.
Terry you were right.... we loved Naples and would love to come back every year if we could.

We spend our holidays 4 adults and 4 teenagers in this beautiful villa in July 2010.
Everything is even much nicer than on the pictures shown.
The pool is great ,clean and warm.
The rooms are furnished exellently and the three bathrooms are wonderful.
Briarwood is a great place to spend your holidays .You are only 10 min away from the beaches and the shopping areas.
So we would always like to come back and can recommend this villa to everbody who likes to spend his holidays in a fantastic villa with a great view at the lake.
The contact with the owner was at any time excellent!!

We had a great time in the villa everything was in tip top condition very clean and tidy, nice location visited Fort Myers several times and Naples was very nice, easy to get to other places. Everglade city was close by if you fancy an airboat trip to round of your holiday.Would reccomend this villa to friends and family .

We love Naples as an all around the year holiday destination & can recommend it to anyone who has never been. The villa was spacious & well equiped, bed linen & towels spotless, outside pool area was good especially the outside eating area. We spent a long time looking at two otters who played in the lake just outside. Had a very enjoyable New Year with our family and thanks Terry.

This was our third year staying at one of Terry's villas and we're never disappointed. The house is clean, convenient and comfortable with thoughtful little touches that truly make it a home from home experience (right down to the fact that Terry had put up a Christmas tree for us). Briarwood Estate is also very well placed - minutes away from the beach and charming Fifth Avenue, with a Publix supermarket close by. Coastlands Mall and attractions like Naples Zoo and Tin City are only minutes away by car. Highly recommended.

Wonderful holiday home!

My wife and I got married in Naples and chose to stay in a villa with our friends. After trawling through lots of adverts we chose this villa because it looked good in the pictures and the owner was very responsive and helpful when we emailed him.
We were not dissapointed.
The villa is in beautiful condition and the pictures do not do it justice. It realy was a home from home with all the creature comforts you require.
The owners were a pleasure to deal with and were extremely helpful in answering our questions and recomending places to go and things to see.
When we arrived I had lost my printout with the details for getting into the villa. I had to call the owners back in the UK in the middle of the night. They were very understanding and very friendly even though I must have woken them up.
The added touches such as fishing rods, swimming pool toys and of course golf clubs was very welcome. I simply can't wait to go back again next year!

A villa you will come back to!

This villa is just a short drive from old Naples with its beautiful beaches and excellent shopping. The villa is set in a gated community where security is paramount without being intrusive. The villa has four bedroom which slept 10 of us very comfortably and has every facility you can think of to make your holiday enjoyable. Layout is family friendly and the aspect (overlooking a lake) makes for great family barbecues after a hard day at the beach.
Naples can be as exciting or as quiet as you want it to be. The beaches are gorgeous and the shopping is great. Whatever the day there is nothing like coming back to this villa, grabbing a lounger and sipping on a glass of wine. We've spent three wonderful holidays here and will certainly come back.
