| Breath taking views while totally relaxing by the pool! |

We were all very happy staying at 310 Mer Soleil Villa. It was a trip we will always remember and want to go back to. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. We loved the outside sitting areas and used the pool constantly. The sports fans were happy there was a TV and they enjoyed hanging out in the air conditioned living room. The housekeeper Brenda kept the place neat and clean and kept up with all our towels. Angus kept the property looking amazing even after a night of turbulent thunder, rain and lightning. We did utilize the nearby beaches on the French side. We spent 2 afternoons down at La Samanna which was so pristine. |

Everything from start to finish was great! We had an air conditioner break down in one of the rooms on Easter Sunday and they were very quick to respond and to fix it. |

This property met all our my group's expectations and then some! When I return to St. Martin Mer Soleil is the place I want. |
