| We stayed for one week in July 2013. The positives are that the cottage is fairly large with 3 bedrooms and a loft. Also 2 full bathrooms. The house is comfortable and clean. Little Traverse Lake is stunning, but you have to cross M22 (very busy and noisy with speeds of 60 mph +)to access the lake. The location is great between Glen Arbor and Leland. The basement has a washer and a dryer, but a little musty and creepy as it is very old. There were other minor maintenance repairs needed that we identified for the management company and will hopefully be resolved this summer!
