spacer We have stayed at Sheryl and David's cabin twice and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The cabin is very cozy but a family of 4 can easily fit. There were two adults and two grown up children in our party and we were very happy with the amount of space. The cabin is well equipped with everything for cooking and cleaning. There is a nice seating room, two bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom which is clean and well organized. The lake is amazing- especially in the evening. Sunsets were truly spectacular. Nearby there are several good wineries, sand dunes and a great little town of Glen Arbor with several restaurants, excellent places to rent a canoe or just grab a beer or a glass of wine and people watch. Lovely art galleries too. We would definitely come back to Sheryl and David's cottage anytime!

Perfect Cottage for Couple

spacer Just recently got back from an extended weekend stay at this cottage where we had an amazing time, actually got engaged on the end of the dock. The cottage is right on the little traverse lake and within minutes of sleeping bear. We spent our days checking out what sleeping bear and the leelanau peninsula have to offer and our nights around a nice lakeside fire. If you are looking for a get away with your partner, look no further!

spacer I came to the area for a 3-day painting trip but the original accommodation wasn't quite right. I was pleased to find Cheryl & David's Cottage with everything I needed so I changed my plan to stay a week. The cottage was just what I needed! A short drive to many desirable locations in the park and Lake Michigan, plus the lakefront itself was gorgeous. Loved being able to step out of the cottage onto the dock to swim and canoe. Cottage is not too fussy and had everything I needed, including a good shower. Kitchen was nicely equipped, bed comfy, and wi-fi an asset. I look forward to making an annual autumn painting retreat here.

spacer This cottage was just right for our small family. The price is great and the cottage had everything we needed. We took the kids fishing every day with the provided row boat. We used the canoe to tour around the lake. This could't have been a better spot with the little ones!
