Fabuleux !!!!!!

PERFECION in paradise.

We arrived on island and stayed at a resort for the first two days to get acclimated to our new environment. A representative of the villa, Juan Carlos ,met us and drove us to the beautiful Maison Princess.
We were greeted with fresh flowers, a cold aperitif and a completely stocked refrigerator and pantry. Within moments the property manager, Joelle, arrived and commenced to inform us of all of the surrounding amenities in and around Anse Marcel.
Words can hardly describe the beauty of the villa and the beach at Anse Marcel. The stunning views of the ocean from the balconies, the beautifully appointed furnishings and the careful detail to our needs (the villa really does have everything you need even a cooler to pack if you want to be adventuresome and travel to some of the more remote beaches).
The entire week we only visited the grocery once due to the fact that it was completely stocked upon arrival. Also, a BIG thank you to Alexia of Da Tony (restaurant in Anse Marcel) who acted as our personal guide to the island. Great suggestions and we enjoyed her company.
If you want to be treated like royalty living in paradise then MAISON PRINCESS is the perfect place. We highly recommend this beautiful vacation destination.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week in December and it was a perfect getaway for us. Situated on the north side of the island on the French side, it was in a fabulous location being near all of the best beaches in St. Martin and a short drive to others. The property itself was cleaned daily and perfect for couples who are looking for a unique, romantic and private place to stay. Joelle was a great hostess, it was a pleasant surprise for the refrigerator to be stocked with wine, cheese, bread, water and a welcome drink when we arrived! The restaurants in Grand Case were very close by (10 minute drive) and always made for a great night of food and drink. Having a car is a must in this location, it is on top of a hill but the road has guard rails so after a few times it was not a big deal. Would definitely recommend a rental car with some power as a few of the turns are of the 45+ degree incline variety. The house was also very safe and secure with gated entries all around us. This certainly kept our minds at ease while we took in the beautiful scenery from the balcony outside the master bedroom for our nightly happy hour consisting of wine and cheese! We could certainly visit St. Martin and La Petite Fleur again, it was a great vacation with many lasting memories made in this villa!

My wife and I stayed in this idyllic villa for 3 weeks. The photos are only a pale reflection of beauty.
The villa is designed with taste and is quite functional. The sight of the two terraces is a treat for the eyes as well view of the main house of the owners is a real pleasure.
They were listening to us and did everything to make our stay a real moment of relaxation. A big thank you to Mary and Gabriel ... I can only recommend this beautiful villa ... except during the period in which we'll probably rebook.

Perfect Villa

My Wife and I stay in this luxurious private villa was beyond our expectations and we had a superb, restful vacation leaving all reality behind for a week!
The location was ideal and the views from the property were like a postcard - ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!
The Anse Marcel beach right below with its new beach bar was terrific as well as the amenities of the Radisson right there as well.
We had the breakfast buffet and it was delicious. Everything you wish to eat for breakfast is there.
Da Tony's was a perfect Italian dinner for our first night there - so close - and the owner happens to be the owner of this villa! Tony and his wife Joelle are the perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. Joelle stocked the refrigerator with many goodies such as beer, wine, eggs, juice and more to get us started. She greeted us with homemade sangria and cookies and made us feel right at home.
Anything we needed they were right there to assist yet we totally had our privacy. To me, the location of the villa in safe and beautiful
Anse Marcel made all the difference on this trip. It was our 3rd trip to St. Martin and this IS the place to be on the island! Anyone staying here would quickly see why.
The close places we visited while there were Grand Case and its amazing restaurants (Spiga being our favorite! Get the table on the porch. L'Auberge also excellent!, Orient Beach (of course), Pinel IsIand, Friar's Bay beach and from there, a short hike to the secluded Happy Bay beach (don't miss this one with Danny's bar and grill shack - so reasonable and one of the most beautiful beaches around.)
This is all within a 10 minute drive from the villa. A short ride to Marigot (20 minutes) to visit Serafina's pastry shop for breakfast is another not miss trip.
Breakfast at the Grand Case Beach Clubs' Sunset Café is an excellent choice and dinner there was also very good. The views while dining could not be better!
So get a good car to go up the hills since you want to venture. I could go on and on....and it all starts with the villa, the great pool and the hosts (lets not forget about Andy who picked us up at the airport, stopped at the market and brought us to meet Joelle.) We wouldn't hesitate to come back here again!
The villa is clean, maintained and the property stunning!
We highly recommend it - Jim D.

Beautiful Villa, Even Better Then We Expected! Fantastic View of Anse Marcel Bay! Private Pool!

When we got to the Villa, it was stunning! We were traveling with my 10 year old daughter and she flipped when she saw the pool and the entire veranda is huge and beautiful.
Marie, the manager was so nice, she had fresh flowers and the fridge stocked with cheeses, wine, water, jam, fruit, ham and more. We had a full kitchen with all amenities. My husband loved the Espresso Maker and even the Flavored Coffee Pods were included.
The downstairs was an open concept so we had a nice sitting area and huge glass doors that overlooked the Anse Marcel Bay. Truly gorgeous view.
Upstairs, we enjoyed a King Bed and Marie got a cot for my daughter, too. The bathroom was separate and had a walk in closet perfect for luggage and quick unpacking of our clothes.
There is a separate shower with a window overlooking the bay, a separate bathroom, and a large room with double sink and lots of space for all your toiletries.
The balcony was also fantastic and had a couch and chairs and was huge. My daughter liked it so much she slept out there one night. The Private Pool was terrific, my daughter must have been in there at least 4 hours a day!
The whole veranda is very large and the beach chairs are in the shape of a shoe, just a whimsical touch typical of the place. Tony the owner was very gracious and we ate at his terrific restaurant Da Tony right down the road.
The unit is very upscale with a French feel, but eclectic, with many unique pieces that made it feel really special and not in a typical hotel room. Really relaxing and Gorgeous!
Highly Recommend, even better then the photos. We traveled around a lot and ate most nights in Grand Case, where the food is great! I would recommend renting a car and buying a cell phone at the local store.
All around such nice and gracious people and a beautiful villa and lovely island. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you everyone for making our trip so nice.
Liked best: Was Upscale and had a lot of Space w/Private Pool and Location Nicest on Island.
Liked least: Had to get used to driving on steep roads that are narrow.
