Welcome to the Dolphin House; a beautiful beach house surrounded by a white picket fence with Dolphins cut in the fence. A "home away from home" feel, guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, brand new 32 inch flat screen, Neptune washer and dryer, Italian tile with seashell petrolyphs in the tile, Italian tile kitchen table with seashells in the tile, and a walk in shower with fish in the tile. There is plenty of sleeping room for you and your guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full and a twin sized bed. The condo has a queen sleeper couch with schools of fish. All of the beds come with a brand new seashell blanket. The front and back porch offer an ideal space to soak up the sun, enjoy meals, and spend time together. You have one mile of your own quiet family beach, it's a dedicated beach. Nothing can ever be built on this beach, no motels, condos, etc. since the homeowners hold the title to the beach. The sea turtles still lay their eggs on this beach! In the heart of the Miracle Mile, this vacation home is within walking distance of many restaurants, arcades, miniature golf, go cart tracks, shopping, etc. Only a short drive to Pier Park. |
