The other Guest room has 2 comfortable Twin-sized beds. All the rooms boast Wall to Wall mirrored closets. Linens(Bed sheets, Comforters, Beach and Bath towels)also provided.

Third Level
The partially covered Terrace has breathtaking views of the ocean. Should you decide to relax on the terrace, (there is usually an inviting ocean breeze) there is a Patio set; Table, 6 chairs,and an umbrella. There is also a Half Bathroom.

27"T.V., D.V.D Player, Alarm Clock Radios, 5 CD Mini Stereo, Iron and Ironing Board, Ceiling and Floor Fans, a comfortable Queen- sized Air Mattress w/ electric pump for two(2) .Kids love these. The unit is fully Air- Conditioned for your comfort. All you need to bring is groceries and your personal items!

Weekly Rate: $1,400 for 7 nights, year round
-Maximum of 8 guests

Weekend Rate: $250 per night with a minimum of 2 nights

Holidays: $100 extra (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc.)

Terms and Policies:
  • Advance payment equal to 50% ($700.) of the rental rate is required fourty-five (45) days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied towards the rent. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
  • There is an additional $250 security/reservation fee due within 7 days of booking the reservation. This fee is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided no damage is done to the unit.
  • Payment may be made by money order, travel checks, or personal checks. Paypal for Credit Card payments is also available
