Large, quiet condominium on the sand. Fabulous views of the Caribbean. We have some of the best rates in all of Akumal. Our low season rate of $100/night is a true bargain and can be shared by 2 couples. This is not a junky condo at a cheap rate, it is a great condo at a cheap rate. Great snorkeling and diving right in front. Condominium is in top condition and has a fully equipped kitchen and daily maid service. We have free WiFi on the property. Smoke-Free condominium has a large private patio with hammock. Each bedroom has a king size bed and private terraces. Property is walled for privacy and has a pool in the causeway under the building with Caribbean views. As of December 2011, a new terrace pool is being added to our complex giving us 2 pools for our guests. We have an ideal location at the end of Half Moon Bay in Akumal where the road ends. Our original collection of art has been collected in the Yucatan by the owners over the past 20 years and is displayed in the condo.

We are set back 50 yards making our location both very private and quiet. We have an excellent management team that is very responsive to our renters. We just added new deluxe pillow top mattresses in each of the bedrooms and have luxury pillows for your sleeping comfort. We also provide beach towels. We have nine restaurants in Akumal and are within a short drive to Tulum and Playa Del Carmen. Shopping is also available in Akumal.

We do not have cable tv but have a tv with a dvr for movies. We have novaform mattress toppers on each bed and luxury pillows for added comfort. The condo has original local art on the walls that has been collected over the years buy the owners. Our manager is on-site to immediately respond to the needs of our renters. We have a great maid in Ana that cleans daily. Purified bottled water is provided. The condo is large, quiet and private. It has often been used for honeymoons. Children can sleep on the couches or the cushions can be moved into the bedrooms as another option. Our manager will supply linens. One sofa/couch in the living room is 10' long and as wide as a single bed. Our complex has 2 pools one is in the causeway under our building with a great view of the Caribbean. We just added a new pool on our terrace area. The condo does not have a/c but has wonderful breezes that blow off the water and we have high speed fans and tower air coolers. It cools down at night. Because of this we keep our rates low. We are kid friendly. The condo is perfect for children. We have cribs available and high chairs.
***NEW FEATURES: WE HAVE JUST ADDED A VONAGE PHONE TO OUR OFFICE. OUR GUESTS CAN CALL HOME FOR FREE. WE JUST ASK THAT YOU NOT USE THE PHONE FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES AND THAT CALLS BE LIMITED TO 5 MINUTES OR LESS.
OUR MANAGER ALSO IS RENTING BICYCLES FOR A VERY REASONABLE RATE. HE ALSO HAS ACCESS TO MOVIES THAT CAN BE SHOWN ON OUR TV. WE JUST ADDED A NEW POOL (12/11) ON THE TERRACE BEHIND THE MAIN BUILDING.

  • Required Stay: 1 Week but we may accept less days in off season.
  • Deposits: 30% deposit holds your dates.
  • Lodging Tax: all taxes and fees are included in the rental rate. There are no other added charges.
  • Cancellation Policy: We refund total amount paid if we can rerent the condo. If we cannot rerent the condo, the renter can use the amount paid as credit toward a new rental.
  • Other Policies: We also rent another 2 bedroom condo and 2 one bedroom condos on the 3rd floor.
