This community of only 6 units is located directly on the water’s edge of Oyster Pond Marina and is a short easy stroll to beautiful Dawn Beach and its soft white sand and warm gentle waters. It has its own community pool and BBQ area shared only with the other 5 units.
The complex offers a pool and barbecue grill that are only accessed by the 6 units in the building. Spinnaker 1412 is a lovely ground floor condo with a balcony overlooking the pool and marina.
