Looking for a sweet, tropical escape with a cool vibe? Kamaoli may just be what you’re looking for! Nestled in a small community of condos which back up to the very charming and popular La Place, the Orient Bay Village Square, you’ll discover a delightful, lovingly refurbished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a large, furnished balcony surrounded by beautiful swaying palm trees. Ideally located, you’ll be a stone’s throw from the soft white sand of Orient Bay beach and only a few steps in the evenings to the enchanting ambiance and restaurants of Le Place.

 

Kamaoli is a 2nd floor unit so it is private and quiet. It was beautifully restored in 2022 with new flooring, a modern kitchen and bathrooms and décor. On the man level is a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, a cozy living area which opens to a lovely terrace with views to the beach. The smaller of the bedrooms is also on this level, along with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is a spacious, bright and airy bedroom with ensuite bathroom which includes a washing machine. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and offer king size beds and ensuite baths so it is great for 2 couples to share.

 

So if you want a vacation where there is no absolute need for a car; where there is a plethora of casual to fine dining within a 2 minute walk, along with a grocery, bakery and various shops; and where a fabulous beach lined with amazing restaurants and bars, and warm, clear Caribbean water and are just steps away... then we can’t wait to welcome you to Kamaoli!

1) That neither beach chairs nor umbrellas are included with this rental, however, they are available to rent at all beachfront restaurants. Depending on the supply and demand at your time of travel, they might, if negotiated prior to seating, deduct the cost of the chairs from your tab if having lunch and drinks. This is not guaranteed... but it never hurts to ask!

2) A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out.

3) If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request.

4) WiFi is a free amenity offered to guests and is not part of the rental fee, therefore, while it typically operates smoothly, speed and connection is NOT guaranteed.

5) There will likely be a small selection of spices and oils left by previous guests, but none are guaranteed. Coffee filters are supplied.
