3 bedroom 3 bath bungalow and a 1 bedroom 1 bath
with loft bungalow.

Its located on a quiet pedestrian only walk street just a
block to the beach, and a block to the trendy shops
along Abbot Kinney Blvd.

You can walk or bike to everything..

The main 3 bedroom 3 bath bungalow can sleep up to
10 persons, and the rear 1 bedroom 1 bath with loft
bungalow can sleep up to 4 persons.

2 Bedroom 2 bath
This 2 bedroom bungalow unit has wood floors,
fireplace, a great kitchen with high end appliances,
designer concrete counter tops and customer cabinets.
The master bath has a ceiling mounted extra large
shower head, double designer glass sinks, and
travertine tile work
There are queen beds in both bedrooms and a queen
sofa bed in the living room.
There is a 42” plasma TV with Direct TV in the living
room, High speed Internet, fax machine, local phone
service, DVD player, beach chairs, and quality linens
and towels are provided.
We also can arrange bike rentals for $35 per week.

3 bedroom 3 bath main bungalow.
This is the 2 bedroom 2 bath and the upper 2 bedroom
2 bath unit togeteher.

1 bedroom 1 bath with loft rear bungalow.
This unit has a mini goumet kitchen with a Sub Zero
frig, Wolf stove, and Meile dishwasher.
There is an extra loft area witha full bed as well as the
queen bed in the main bedroom.

Rates:
Off peak:
2 bedroom
$1450 per week or $245 per night
3 bedroom
$2400 per week, or $400 per night
1 bedroom
$1150 per week, or $195 per night.

Peak: Summer and holidays:
2 bedroom
$1550 per week or $275 per night
3 bedroom
$2550 per week, or $50 per night.
1 bedroom
$1250 per week, or $225 per night

Cleaning fee $95
Rates based on a certain person occupancy limits, extra
guests are charged $25 per night each.

Parking is available for a small car only.
