Villa Amber is a wonderful vacation rental located in the secluded, prestigeous gated residential community of Terres Basses in St Martin. The villa has a beautiful expansive wrap-around terrace that offers a breathtaking views of the sea and the island, making it an ideal setting for a relaxing and peaceful holiday retreat.

Amber is set on 2.5 lush acres of private grounds and gardens which offers guests plenty of space to relax and unwind. Guests can also enjoy a refreshing dip in the large heated infinity edge swimming pool, which is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and shaded areas. The pool is heated from October 15th to April 15th, outside this period the heating of the swimming pool is optional, at an additional cost of $350 per week.

Inside the fully air-conditioned villa, guests will find a spacious and stylishly decorated living area, with an inviting atmosphere with warm colored decor and furnishings, and modern amenities. Adjacent to the living area is a well equipped and spacious kitchen overlooking the pool, and beyond the kitchen is a lovely diining area with views.

The villa features four very large bedrooms – 2 kings, 1 queen, and a set of twin beds - each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering plenty of privacy and comfort for guests. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature quality bedding and linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep and all have Smart TVs, ocean views, and a personal safe. Three of the bedrooms, including the master, are located on the main level giving access to the pool and the terrace. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level, accessible from the outside, offering a little more privacy. An ideal option for those who prefer a little more separation from the main living areas of the villa.

Although secluded and very private, you are close to amenities. It is a short drive to the beaches gorgeous beaches of Terres Bassses and only seven minutes to the airport. In 10 minute you reach the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops, historic buildings and the Creole Market. Drive 25 minutes to Grand Case or Philipsburg’s shopping haven.
