Description

The Mill #307 is a very conveniently located 1 bedroom condominium unit. This unit sleeps 2 to 4 persons.

This ski condo is located on Main Street in Ludlow and is walking distance to everything in the village...the shops, the restaurants, the pubs, and Tucker Nuck Skoal's Restaurant and Pub.

NOTE: We have three units at The Mill .... two 2-Bedroom units and one 1-bedroom unit...all near each other. Should you need two or three nearby units for multiple families or a large group, these please inquire about renting multiple units....#204, #210 and #307.

The Mill #307 is just 2 minutes to the base lodge...the unit is at the base of the mountain in the beautiful Village of Ludlow...less that a mile to the base lodge. You can either drive the two minutes to the resort lodge or you can take the Okemo Village/Resort shuttle. The shuttle will pick you up just steps from our unit!

The Bedroom with a queen size bed.
The Living Room boasts a wood-burning fireplace and sleeper sofa.
Two Dining Area with seating for your entire group.
The Kitchen is fully equipped.
A Laundry is located off of the lobby near the main entrance of the complex.

This unit has a offer some great features including:
1) The Mill is directly on the Okemo Mountain Shuttle route!!! The shuttle will whisk you away to the base lodge in a matter of a few minutes. We are less than a half mile from the entrance to the mountain.
2) There is a large living room with dining area and wood-burning fireplace;
3) A fully-equipped kitchen;
4) Comfortable bedding for 2 to 4 persons;
5) A master bedroom with Queen Bed;
6) Living room sofa is a sleeper;
7) Great location...walk to several fine restaurants, Tucker Nuck Skoal's Restaurant and Pub, antique shopping, etc.;

A one-time linen fee and a one-time exit cleaning fee apply. Prior to your arrival, the linen service will make up all of the beds. They will set our towels in all of the bathrooms and also for each bed. After your departure, the service will remove and launder the bed linens and the towels. The cleaning fee includes the thorough cleaning of the home so that you do not need to do anything more than tidy up and load your vehicles.
