This house has 6 bedrooms plus a HUGE loft that is the size of 2+ bedrooms below. We just did a new kitchen here with granite counters and a 40" double oven high end stove. We just installed a huge hot tub on the new lower level deck. Sleeping Arrangements: Ground Floor Bedrooms:
From Memorial Day thru Labor Day, the house comes with 10 passes to ulitize the community beach. You also get a key to the community tennis court. If you have more guests, you can pay $5 per person for the day. There is also a great restaurant called Murphy's Loft which is only 5 miles from the house. They have a beautiful heated inground swimming pool that is open from Memorial Day thru September (sometimes even later and the closing is weather dependant).
