If you only have ONE week for Vacation you need to spend it here. We are not the least expensive condo but we feel that we are offering one of the best values for quality anywhere on Thomas Dr. We at Watercrest take great pride in the condition of our property, we have resurfaced the pools , Tennis court and Shuffle Board court, All new decking and railings installed in 2011/2012 We offer large balconies that you can enjoy all day long "no cruise ship balconies here"

This was a private residence and that for the first time will be renting out condo in 2012 From the time you walk in to when you say your good bye's you will be so glad you chose to stay with us. If it sounds like we take pride in this condo it is because we really do.

About this unit, it is a 2bedroom 2 bath unit on the 16th floor, all of are TV'S are flat screen, the bedding is very good, and all furnishings are much nicer then what you will find in most rental units.

If you are looking for a great location for Thunder Beach, Lobster Festival, Iron Man Competition or the Little League venues that come to Panama City Beach we are in a perfect location.
