Looking for an affordable, fully air-conditioned family villa with private pool and is within walking distance to a beautiful beach? Look no further! Located in the prestigious gated community of Terres Basse, the French Lowlands of St Martin, Madras is a very comfortable Caribbean vacation villa offering 5 spacious bedrooms, each with a large ensuite bathroom. As you enter the villa and out to the terrace, the richly variegated scenery expands into a panoramic view filled with a profusion of color and texture. The blues of the Caribbean and tropical sky are accented by white clouds, Below are the elegant villas and gardens of Terres Basses. At dusk, brilliant sunsets create colorful backdrops for evening entertainment.
The open floor plan with modern feel, offers a large, comfortably furnished air-conditioned living area, a TV with US satellite connection, and a modern well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The living area opens to a covered terrace where a large dining table is sheltered for alfresco dining. All of the 5 bedrooms have a King sized bed, Smart TV, a ceiling fan, A/C and a large en-suite bathroom. Outside you’ll enjoy an expansive terrace and private swimming pool.
