Welcome to beautiful Villa Blue Opal, an absolute gem in the heart of Pelican Key in St. Maarten. Completely refurbished, this fully air-conditioned home is now listed as one of the upscale villas in this popular neighborhood.
As you walk into the villa you are greeted with marvelous views of the Caribbean Sea and its tantalizing shades of blue from turquoise to indigo. In the evenings the sunsets are stunning and will be forever etched in your memory. The multi-level terrace that surrounds the totally private pool offers plenty of seating for you to enjoy those miraculous sunsets and views, but if that isn’t enough, the upper level of the villa has a lovely balcony for even more expansive views.
The main level consists of a beautiful, and very comfortable living and dining area decorated with a contemporary Caribbean flair, plush seating, a huge wall mounted TV, and features a very impressive wall of glass panels which open onto the poolside terrace for covered alfresco dining or lounging. The distinctive, very modern well equipped aqua colored kitchen is thoughtfully laid out and a favorite with private chefs and foodies alike.
The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. Three comfortable bedrooms are on the main level: BR1 with a king bed and ensuite, BR2 with a queen (soon to be king) bed, and BR3 with 2 queen beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a very large bathroom with double vessel sinks and a walk- in shower. The Super Master upstairs and enjoys outstanding views! It has a very large ensuite bathroom with bathtub and double bowl sinks, plus a huge outdoor shower. Then, located just to the right of the villa's main entrance, there is a separate studio apartment with exterior access, a king bed, ensuite bath, and a small kitchen. All bedrooms have a TV!
The villa is only three miles from Princess Juliana International Airport, situated in the exclusive area of Pelican Key in Sint Maarten. This is one of the most beautifully developed residential and resort areas on the island, with the advantage of close proximity to Simpson Bay, with its large choice of restaurants, shops, boutiques, casinos and entertainment.
