Petit Oiseau is a charming, comfortably furnished, fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located just a very short stroll from beautiful Orient beach in French St Martin, and just a few steps from the quaint Village of Orient Bay! This cute modern home is nestled up against a quiet reserve area yet is very close to plenty of lovely French, Creole, Seafood, Aisian, and Italian restaurants, just to name a few. The shops and grocery on main street in Orient Village is a 2 minute walk away. It is the perfect location! The home was renovated after Irma and a brand new pool was installed March 2019! The back terrace area has privacy walls and a covered, furnished patio and BBQ. This lovely 2 level townhouse offers an open floor plan concept including a modern, fully equipped Euro style kitchen with breakfast bar opening to a delightful living room which opens onto the terrace and pool. There is also a half bathroom on the ground level. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, TV, ensuite shower and sink, and a private terrace. The WC (toilet) is accessed from the hallway and shared by both bedrooms (very French!) plus the WC downstairs by the living room. The villa enjoys wireless internet and Cable TV in all rooms including Pay-per-view and French Channels. Come and discover the sweet Caribbean way of life on you next vacation to St Martin, right in the heart of Orient Bay! Kitchen includes coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc. PLEASE NOTE: That beach chairs & umbrellas are not included with this rental, however, as a courtesy to vacation rental guests, Bikini Beach Restaurant & Bar will charge for them, and then deduct the rental cost of these items from your tab (food and drink) at the end of the day. Other beach bars may offer free chairs when dining or drinking at their establishment. A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out. If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request. And lastly, Wi-Fi is free but not guaranteed. Again, these amenities and inclusions are provided as a courtesy and are not part of the rental fee. All are subject to change without notice. Seasonings and oils are not provided by the owner.
